Baked Plaice

Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 Organic lemon
- 4 Garlic cloves
- lemon thyme
- 4 plaice fillets (ready-to-cook)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 4 tbsp yogurt butter
Instructions

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the lemon under hot water and cut into wedges. Crush the garlic cloves. Wash the thyme and shake dry.

Rinse the plaice fillets under cold water, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute the tomatoes, garlic, thyme, and lemon wedges over them, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 20–25 minutes, turning after 12 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves, and chop. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the parsley.

Remove the baked plaice from the oven. Arrange on preheated plates with tomatoes, lemon wedges, garlic, and thyme, drizzle with herb butter, and serve.
