Ingredients

  • 4 medium pears
  • 150 g finely chopped nuts
  • 100 g white bread crumbs
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 300 g cream cheese

Instructions

    Wash the pears, halve them, and place in a baking dish. Mix the nuts with the bread crumbs and coat the pears with this mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

    Wash, clean, and cut the strawberries, then puree them. Stir the puree into the cream cheese, fill a piping bag with a star tip, and decorate the baked pears by spraying the mixture onto them.
