Baked Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 Organic lemon
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g large white mushrooms
- Salt
- Pepper
- 20 g Parmesan
Instructions

Pinch the rosemary needles and chop finely.

Rinse the lemon with hot water, then zest it finely. Squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside for later. Mix the rosemary and lemon zest with the olive oil.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with half of the seasoning oil.

Season with salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (Fan: 180 °C, Gas: Mark 3) for about 10 minutes.

Grate the Parmesan, sprinkle it over the mushrooms, and put them back in the oven. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.

Remove the baked mushrooms from the oven, drizzle with the remaining seasoning oil and a little lemon juice, and serve.
