Ingredients

  • 2 stalks leeks
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 spring onions
  • 100 g diced turkey ham

Instructions

    Clean, wash and halve the leeks lengthwise; place cut side down on a baking sheet. Brush with 1 tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced) for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Peel the red onion and slice into thin rings. Trim and wash the spring onions, cut into fine rings, set aside 1 tbsp.

    Remove the leeks from the oven and flip them. Spread the sour‑cream mixture over the leeks, then top with turkey ham, onion rings, and spring onions. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining spring onions and serve hot.
