Ingredients

  • 6 buns
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

    Slice the buns in half and hollow them out. Brush the inside halves with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grind the hollowed-out bun interior in an electric food processor into crumbs.

    Add pork mince, eggs, parsley, and crumbs to a bowl. Peel and dice onions. Wash, trim, quarter, seed, remove white membranes from bell peppers, and finely dice them. Add onion and pepper to the pork mixture, season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, and knead by hand into a smooth dough.

    Fill the buns with the mixture, place on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (mid) for about 20–25 minutes.
