Baked Hawaiian Schnitzel from Spoonsparrow: Tender meat with fruity flavors!

Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzels (from the top loin, about 200 g each)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 slices canned pineapple
- 4 slices Gouda cheese
- pink peppercorns
- frisée lettuce leaf for garnish
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the schnitzels, cut them in half, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear each side of the schnitzels for 1–2 minutes.

Place the schnitzels on a baking rack, top each with a pineapple slice, cover with gouda cheese, and bake at 220 °C fan-forced for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle pink peppercorns over the schnitzels and garnish with frisée lettuce leaves.
