Ingredients

  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • sugar for serving

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Cut the grapefruits crosswise into halves and gently score around each half to loosen the flesh from the rind.

    Place cumin seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roast lightly in the oven, then grind finely in a mortar.

    Arrange the grapefruit halves cut side up on another parchment-lined tray, sprinkle with cumin seeds and sugar.

    Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately garnished with a touch of sugar.
