Baked Berries with Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 30 g semolina
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

    Rinse raspberries and blackberries. Rinse blueberries gently and drain well. Place berries on a well‑oiled shallow dish or in a large baking pan.

    Whisk mascarpone with milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Fold in eggs, then stir in semolina and baking powder.

    Pour the mixture over the berries. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (or 180 °C fan) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
