Ingredients

  • 1 fresh head of garlic
  • 400 g cherry or date tomatoes
  • 3 red bell pepper halves
  • 0.5 bunch thyme
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a pinch chili flakes

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and drain them. Wash, clean, halve, seed, remove the white skin from the peppers and cut into strips. Cut the garlic into segments and crush with the flat side of a knife.

    Wash and roughly chop the thyme. Mix everything with the oil and place in a baking dish; season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes, serve hot.
