- 4 fresh figs
- 8 thin slices of bacon
- 8 toothpicks
- olive oil (for frying)
- 0.25 head frisée salad
- Herb salt
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- balsamic cream
- 50 g parmesan (whole block)

Clean the figs, peel if desired, and cut them in half. Wrap each fruit half with a slice of bacon and skewer one or two halves onto toothpicks; ensure the cut sides face the same direction. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the bacon‑fruit skewers all around until golden.

Meanwhile, clean the salad and arrange it on plates. Sprinkle herb salt over the salad, drizzle with raspberry vinegar and olive oil, and place the fig skewers on top.

Grate fresh parmesan over the dish and drizzle balsamic cream across the plates.
