  • 4 fresh figs
  • 8 thin slices of bacon

  • Herb salt
  • 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • balsamic cream
  • 50 g parmesan (whole block)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Clean the figs, peel if desired, and cut them in half. Wrap each fruit half with a slice of bacon and skewer one or two halves onto toothpicks; ensure the cut sides face the same direction. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the bacon‑fruit skewers all around until golden.

  3. 3.
