Figs with Ham and Dip

Try this fresh fig recipe with Parma ham and a creamy mint yogurt dip from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 4 figs
- 12 thin slices Parma ham
- 200 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs Mint
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- mint for garnish
Instructions

Whisk yogurt with crème fraîche, peel and press the garlic. Chop mint leaves finely, fold in, season with salt and pepper.

Wash and dry figs, then cut them lengthwise into quarters.

On each of 4 plates lay 2 slices of Parma ham, arrange fig halves on top, spoon a bit of mint yogurt over them, and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
