Ingredients

  • 4 small light rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.

    Cut off a lid from each roll and remove enough crumb so that an egg can fit inside. Place one egg in each, drizzle with a tablespoon of cream, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Put the lids back on top and bake for 6-8 minutes.

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with the lid on.
