Ingredients

  • 1 kg small waxy potatoes
  • 5 untreated lemons
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 5 sprigs rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 Garlic cloves

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.

    Wash, peel and halve the potatoes lengthwise. Wash the lemons, pat dry and slice thinly. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Brush a baking tray with olive oil, arrange lemon slices tightly on it, then place a potato half on each slice. Drizzle remaining olive oil over everything, sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper. Peel the garlic cloves, halve them and distribute between the potatoes.
