- 4 eggs
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 olives
- 2 Bell peppers
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Wash, clean, halve lengthwise, seed, remove all white membranes, and trim the bottom if needed so the halves don’t tip over. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Crack each egg into a separate bowl, then slide it into a bell pepper half, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle oregano. Distribute tomatoes and olives on top.

Place the pepper halves in a baking dish and bake at 220°C for about 8 minutes.

The whites should be set while the yolks remain slightly runny; serve immediately.
