Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 2 pieces cod fillet (about 200 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- juice of one orange
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 orange slices

Cook potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.

Place each cod fillet on a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle with dill, drizzle with lemon and orange juice, and season with salt and pepper. Fold the foil over the fish to seal. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 15 minutes.

Drain potatoes, rinse under cold water, peel, and arrange them with the cod and sauce on a plate. Garnish with orange slices and dill sprigs before serving.
