Ingredients

  • 200 g carrots
  • salted water
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 diced onion
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • iodized salt
  • Pepper
  • thyme
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp grated Emmental cheese

Instructions

    Slice carrots and cook in a little salted water for 5 minutes. Separate broccoli into florets, add to the pot, simmer for another 3 minutes, then strain through a sieve.

    Mix diced onion with the drained vegetables and pour into a prepared oven-safe dish. Whisk cream with sour cream, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and nutmeg, and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
