Ingredients
- 4 fresh porcini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
- 0.5 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions

Gently rinse the pristine mushrooms with cold water and pat them dry immediately with kitchen paper. Then slice the mushrooms thinly—from cap to stem—onto plates.

Squeeze the lemon, strain the juice, and gradually whisk it into the oil. Drizzle the mixture over the mushroom slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the parsley and sprinkle over the dish.

Optionally dust the mushrooms with a little Parmesan cheese.
