Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 150 g marzipan dough
  • 50 g hazelnuts (ground)
  • 40 ml apricot brandy
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp cloudberries (jar)

Instructions

    Brush a baking dish with butter.

    Wash the apples, cut out the core generously. Place them in the dish.

    Mix marzipan dough with a fork, hazelnuts and apricot brandy. Fold in whipped egg white and fill the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Spoon a tablespoon of cloudberries over each apple before serving.
