Exotic Fruits with Lime Sauce

- 4 limes
- 1/2 organic orange juice
- powdered sugar
- 1 pineapple
- 2 mangoes
- 1 Papaya
- 1 yellow pitahaya
- 2 Bananas
- 1 carambola
- 8 lychees (≈100 g)
- 8 physalis (Physalis)

Grate the zest of 1/2 lime finely. Squeeze the lime to extract juice. Mix lime juice with orange juice, 1/4 tsp lime zest and 2 tsp powdered sugar.

Trim the stem end off the pineapple, peel thoroughly, cut into wedges removing the core, then slice crosswise. Thinly peel mangoes with a vegetable peeler, remove the pit, and cut into strips. Peel papaya, halve it, discard seeds, and cut flesh into strips. Halve pitahaya, separate flesh from shell, and slice crosswise. Peel bananas. For carambola, thinly peel both ridges and skin. Score lychees on top, peel downward. Separate currants from husk. Arrange fruits decoratively. Plate all with the lime sauce.
