Bagel with Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 small bagels
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • 200 g smoked salmon (slices)
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • arugula (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cut the bagels horizontally in half and toast until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.

    While the bagels are toasting, whisk together the cream cheese, crème fraîche, horseradish, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and spread onto the toasted bagel halves. Top with salmon slices and sprinkle with pepper.
