Ingredients
- 1 bundle wild garlic
- 40 g lean diced bacon
- 8 eggs
- 8 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Wash and dry the wild garlic, then finely chop it.

Render the bacon in a non-stick pan until crisp.

Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Add butter to the bacon and melt; pour the egg mixture in and cook over low to medium heat, stirring gently with a spatula to keep the curds loose. Plate the scrambled eggs, sprinkle wild garlic on top, and serve with whole-grain nut bread.
