Ingredients
- 400 g young spinach leaves
- 2 oranges
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp grape seed oil
- Salt
- coriander sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, trim and thoroughly drain the spinach leaves. Arrange on a plate.

Peel the oranges and cut out the segments. Catch the juice and squeeze out remaining flesh. Mix the juice with honey, apple cider vinegar, pine nuts and oil. Season with salt and drizzle over the spinach. Distribute orange slices on top and garnish with coriander sprigs.
