Ingredients

  • 2 bunches arugula
  • 6 tbsp walnut kernels
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp nut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, clean and dry the arugula by spinning; cut into smaller pieces if desired.

    Rinse the raspberries (set aside some for garnish) and blend with vinegar, oils, salt, pepper, and sugar, tasting to adjust seasoning.

    Arrange the arugula on a plate, drizzle the dressing over it, and garnish with walnuts and raspberries before serving.
