Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

    Bake the flatbread in the oven for a few minutes until crisp and cut into 10-12 pieces.

    Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the avocados, halve them lengthwise, remove the pit, separate the flesh from the skin and dice finely. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Mix avocado with onion, lime juice and coriander leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon onto each flatbread piece and serve.
