Peanut Balls

Ingredients

  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 100 g unsalted peanuts
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g marzipan dough

Instructions

    Finely chop raisins, chocolate pieces and half the peanuts. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, then gradually add eggs, flour and baking powder, mixing well; fold in the chocolate-peanut mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the sheet, roll into balls, coat with remaining peanuts, place on the tray and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden.

    Roll out marzipan slightly, cut small stars and place them on half of the finished peanut balls.
