Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup arugula
- 400 g ripe goat Camembert
- 120 g lime marmalade
- 1 tbsp pink peppercorns

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Slice the baguette diagonally into 12 pieces, place on the rack, drizzle with oil and toast under the grill until golden brown on both sides.

Wash, dry, and tear the arugula. Slice the cheese.

Remove the baguettes from the oven, top each slice with cheese, return briefly to melt, then spread 1 tsp lime marmalade and sprinkle crushed pink peppercorns. Garnish with arugula and serve as a snack or starter.
