Avocado Cilantro Salad with Lime

Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 3 Avocados
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro
  • 1 small green chili pepper
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash the limes under hot water, pat dry, grate a little zest, then squeeze out the juice.

    Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into strips, peel off the skin, and dice the flesh. Mix avocado cubes with lime juice.

    Wash the cilantro, shake dry, roughly chop, and mix into the avocado cubes. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, deseed, remove the white membranes, and finely dice the flesh.

    Add the chili cubes to the salad. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for about 30 minutes. Serve slightly chilled.
