Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 40 ml honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground chia seeds
  • 12 raspberries
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove pits and scoop flesh into a blender.

    Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla powder, and ground chia seeds.

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving. Wash and pat dry the raspberries. Garnish the avocado chocolate mousse with raspberries and coconut flakes.
