Ingredients

  • 750 g asparagus
  • 500 g pre‑cooked squid
  • 1 Shallot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel the asparagus, trim the ends, and cut into 4 cm pieces.

    Rinse the squid and pat dry. Peel the shallot and dice finely.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the asparagus for 3–4 minutes. Rinse the lemon, zest it, and slice thinly.

    Add the lemon slices, squid, and diced shallot to the asparagus and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Wash the thyme, strip the leaves, add them to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper.
