Marinated Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 tbsp dried herbs de Provence
- Salt
- 100 ml olive oil

Wash the zucchini, trim ends and slice lengthwise. Peel the garlic. Rinse thyme and parsley, shake dry, strip leaves or pluck and finely chop. Stir herbs de Provence and ½–1 tsp salt into the oil. Press in the garlic. Spoon a shallow dish with some oil and place zucchini slices inside. Brush with oil and layer all zucchini this way. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Drain well before grilling and cook on grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
