Asian‑style turkey stir‑fry with broccoli and bell pepper

Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 350 g white rice
- 1 red bell pepper
- 500 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- Salt
- white pepper
Instructions

Blanch the broccoli florets in plenty of water with lemon juice and salt. Then shock them in cold water and drain. Cook the rice in about 700 ml salted water for 20‑25 minutes until tender.

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cut into bite‑sized pieces. Mix ketchup with soy sauce, grate the ginger finely, combine and marinate the meat briefly. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a wok and stir‑fry the drained meat until browned. Add the vegetables, onion, garlic and the marinade; cook while stirring constantly for 5‑8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve in bowls alongside the rice.
