Mushrooms in Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1.99 lb mixed mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 stems Parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5.41 fl oz vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper and cut them into equally sized pieces.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Wash, dry, pluck the leaves from the parsley, and roughly chop them.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and sauté vigorously over high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the broth.

Add the parsley and cook for 1 minute.

Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Let cool and allow to sit for 2 hours.
