Spoonsparrow artichoke hearts taste deliciously spicy and are easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 300 g pickled artichoke hearts
- 100 g mixed pitted olives
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the artichokes and olives with all ingredients, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and serve in a bowl.
