Ingredients
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 stalks dill
- 200 g yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into rings. Rinse the dill, shake dry, pluck and finely chop. Mix both with yogurt, crème fraîche, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper and taste.

Serve as desired over blinis with smoked salmon.
