Ingredients
- 200 g aronia berries
- 400 g sugar
- 1 l fruit brandy

Wash, rinse, and boil the aronia berries with the sugar. Puree the berries and let them cool. Pour the berry broth into a bottle and top up with the fruit brandy, seal well. Let it mature for 4-5 weeks in a warm place.

After the maturation period, strain the berry mixture and transfer the liqueur to bottles. Keep the sealed bottles resting for about 6 more weeks.
