Ingredients

  • 2 kg ripe apples
  • 3 kg sugar

Instructions

    Wash the apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Use a potato masher to mash thoroughly and fill the mixture into a cloth. Firmly squeeze the cloth to extract the juice and catch it in a container.

    Mix the juice with the sugar and pour into a bottle. Seal tightly and let ferment for at least 8 weeks. After that, the apple wine is ready to drink.
