Ingredients

  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml apple juice (cloudy)
  • 300 ml passion fruit juice
  • 300 ml yellow fruit tea (e.g., peach or passion fruit tea)
  • 2 lemons (unprocessed)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 30 ml vanilla syrup

  • lemongrass leaf

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the lemons, quarter them lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat slowly without boiling.

    Let the punch steep over low heat for about 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve or pour into glasses as desired.

    Serve hot or cold.
