Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 ml apricot juice
  • 150 ml peach juice

Instructions

    Boil the sugar with the water and reduce to a syrupy consistency over medium heat for about 7 minutes.

    Stir in the cooled syrup with the apricot and peach juices, pour into ice cream containers and place in the freezer.

    When the ice cream starts to freeze, insert wooden sticks and let it freeze for at least another 3 hours.
