Ingredients

  • 250 g low‑fat quark
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
  • 500 g frozen raspberries
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g amaretti biscuits
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto

Instructions

    Boil the raspberries (reserve some) with the sugar, strain through a sieve and let cool.

    Whisk the quark with a little milk until creamy and fold in the honey. Season with the spices. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the quark mixture.

    For serving, place the quark dessert on a plate, pour the raspberry sauce over it and scatter the reserved raspberries on top.

    Crush the amaretti biscuits finely, drizzle with amaretto, and sprinkle over the raspberry‑quark dessert.
