Ingredients
- 8 apricots
- 500 g carrots
- 2 pears
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp sea buckthorn syrup

Boil the apricots, cool them, peel, halve and remove pits. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Wash the pears and quarter them. Juice the carrots with the pears in a juicer and transfer to a blender. Squeeze the oranges and lemon and add their juice to the blender as well. Blend finely and sweeten to taste with sea buckthorn syrup. Dilute with cold water if desired.
