A warm apple punch sweetened with honey, featuring fresh ingredients from the core fruit category and a touch of aromatic spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Pour the tea over 500 ml boiling water, let steep for 2 minutes, then strain. Peel the ginger and slice thinly. Add it with the apple juice to a pot. Add the cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Warm the punch slowly for about 10 minutes, do not boil.

    Remove the spices, sweeten with honey, and serve in glasses.
