Ingredients
- 200 g puff pastry
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 untreated orange (zest)
- 50 g vanilla sugar
- 8 apricots
- 3 tbsp orange jam

Cut a rectangle from the puff pastry (about 28x12 cm). Brush the edge with water and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. From the leftovers cut four strips about 1 cm wide, press them onto the edge of the base and pierce several times with a fork.

Whisk cream cheese with egg yolks, orange zest and vanilla sugar; spread over the pastry base. Wash, dry, halve and pit apricots. Arrange on the cream and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, while still hot brush with jam.
