Ingredients
- 18 ripe apricots
- butter (for greasing the dish)
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 Tbsp coarsely chopped almond slivers
- 60 g butter chunks
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C with fan and top heat.

Wash, halve, pit the apricots and layer them in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with liqueur, sprinkle almonds and pine nuts, top with butter pieces and dust with sugar, then bake for 25‑30 minutes until golden.

Remove the finished gratin from the oven and serve immediately.
