Ingredients
- 4 red-skinned apples
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- Ground Cinnamon
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 300 g dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa content)
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 20 ml orange liqueur optional

Wash the apples, remove the stem area and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Halve them, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon.

For the fondue, pour the cream and broken chocolate into a pot and melt the chocolate over low heat while stirring. Stir in orange zest and juice, then transfer everything to a fondue pot and place it on a hot burner.
