Ingredients
- 200 g appleberries
- 400 g sugar
- 1 l fruit brandy
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and boil the appleberries with sugar until soft. Puree the berries and let them cool.

Fill a wide-mouth bottle with the berry liquid, top up with fruit brandy, seal tightly. Let mature for 4-5 weeks in a warm place.

After maturation, strain the mixture and transfer the liqueur to new bottles. Seal again and allow to age for about 6 more weeks.
