Ingredients

  • 250 g waxy potatoes
  • peanut oil (for frying)
  • celery salt (pre-made product)
  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp Curry Powder

Instructions

    Peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices or shave them; rinse under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Heat the oil, preferably in a deep fryer, and fry the potato slices in batches until golden yellow. Drain on paper towels.
