Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls untreated organic rose petals
  • 800 ml apple juice
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • rose water (pharmacy)

    Rinse the rose petals and gently pat dry. Pour the apple juice with the orange and lemon juices into a pot. Add the sugar and half of the rose petals, bring to a boil. Cook for about 4 minutes while stirring constantly and perform a gel test. Taste with a few drops of rose water and remove from heat. Distribute the remaining rose petals into clean jars. Pour the jelly through a sieve into the jars and fill them to the brim. Seal, invert, and let cool.
