Apple Radish Salad

Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g radishes
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tsp spicy mustard
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 4 Spring Onions

Wash the apples, pat dry and core with a melon baller. Slice four apples horizontally into about 3 mm thick rounds and arrange on large plates. Brush lightly with lemon juice.

Finely dice the fifth apple. Wash, trim, and quarter half of the radishes; dice the rest into small cubes and combine with the apple pieces in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard, then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread over the apple slices and top with the radish quarters. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions diagonally into rings. Sprinkle over the salad and serve.
