Ingredients

  • 1 kg apricots
  • 2 tbsp rosemary honey
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • rosemary

Instructions

    Soak the apricots, cool, peel, halve, pit, and dice. Mix with honey, liqueur, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
