Ingredients
- 400 g pumpkin (peeled and seeded)
- 2 Apples
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 40 g coconut flakes
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 20 ml almond liqueur
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Amaretti cookies (for serving)

Dice the pumpkin.

Peel, quarter, core, and dice the apples.

Bring coconut milk with cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice to a boil. Add apple and pumpkin, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender. Then puree finely. If needed, add more coconut milk to reach desired consistency. Stir in coconut flakes and almond liqueur, then pipe into glasses. Serve warm or cold with Amaretti.
